Welcome to Dignus Group
At Dignus Group we provide safe spaces for individuals who have challenging conditions that limit their ability to live independently and achieve the goals that others might take for granted.
Through our divisions Dignus Specialist Care and Dignus Support, we provide varying levels of residential care and supported living to individuals with autistic spectrum disorders, mental health conditions, and physical and sensory disabilities.
Our diverse and responsive care pathway enables us to support service users from leaving a more restrictive healthcare establishment, to living in the most independent way possible.
We operate purpose-built residential apartment style settings under our Dignus Specialist Care service, as well as supporting individuals in a Supported Living setting through Dignus Support.
Dignus Group employs over 250 employees and delivers over 8,000 care hours per week across our residential homes and supported living environments.

Our most important asset. We strive to demonstrate that a role in social care can be a career and not a job. To this end we have invested in a three tier pay scale and other benefits for all of our care staff. Training, which is provided through a combination of classroom, virtual classroom, and e-learning, is regarded as essential for successful outcomes.

We consistently strive to provide the best possible care to our service users. In the 16 years that we have traded we have consistently received Good ratings from CQC.
Dignus Group is a family-owned business founded in 2006, that provides person-centered care and support to individuals 18 years and above with profound and complex needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and forensic backgrounds.
