Colliers House is a home for up to twelve individuals with a learning disability and/or autistic spectrum disorders.
The site is made up of a traditional four person family home with each of the bedrooms being single and having en-suite wet room facilities. In addition to a large lounge, dining kitchen, utility room, staff room, office, bathroom and toilet. All rooms are equipped with assistive technologies/call systems, in addition to access points for digital multimedia applications.
Outside there is an attractive large rear garden and patio, with secure fencing, and car parking to the front with high level access gates. The accommodation has been designed with the specific needs of the individuals in mind, and exceeds all national minimum standards and is finished to very high standard.
We also offer eight individual, one person apartments split across two blocks of four, these too are built and fitted out to exceed all national standards.
